Could this be the first blog dedicated to lending case studies?

While many major mortgage websites are busy copying, linking, and publishing contents from other sources, trying to be seen as expert in property and economy… or try lecturing you how to manage your money and life…

Our blog here will focus mainly on original case studies relating to mortgage brokers and yourself as a client, specifically how to get that loan approved at the best rate possible.

Case studies are important because the rules of lending, the offerings and the situation for every client is very different from time to time.

And like many things in life, sometimes the only way to get ahead is through trial and error, learning from practical experience and studying the ins and outcomes of a similar lending application.

Over the course of many months and years to come, I will be looking to dedicate at least an hour per week publishing interesting case studies which I hope will be beneficial to you all readers.

These case studies will be actual scenarios that I have dealt with (without disclosing customer identity), detailing the problems, the solutions and lending outcomes for a specific customer.

There could also be announcement and other information regarding the lending environment such as special campaign offerings which I feel will be worth sharing with you.

I hope that these contents will be of good value to you, not just for my potential lending customers, but for my fellow mortgage brokers who work in the same industry.
